This Privacy Policy explains how Pupobi Studio (“we”) handles information in the Pupobi game and on the Pupobi website. It describes the development version and website available on 6 November 2026. The game is still in development. We will update this policy before releasing a version with different data practices.
02Information in the game
The current game saves progress on your device, including a locally generated profile identifier, coins earned in play, levels, race records, selected puppy items, care progress and game preferences. This information is used to continue your game and is not sent to a Pupobi server. No player account is required.
The current game does not ask for a player’s name, email, date of birth, photo, contacts or precise location. It does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, third-party analytics, online chat or real-money in-app purchases.
03Microphone, camera and voice
The current game does not access your microphone or camera and does not record your voice. Puppy lip-sync uses the game’s own prerecorded audio. If an optional voice feature is introduced, its data handling and permission request will be explained before it is enabled.
04Information on this website
The website stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage. The duck-finding activity runs in the browser; its score is not submitted to us. We do not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Serving and securing web requests involves technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing and retention practices.
The landing page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends Google technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, when fetching those fonts. See Google’s Privacy Policy. These policy pages use system fonts.
05When you contact us
If you choose to contact us, we receive the details you send, such as your email address and message. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Please do not send a child’s full name, photos, voice recordings or other unnecessary personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf.
06Children and families
Pupobi is designed for children and families. The current game does not collect children’s personal information for transmission to us, sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Local game progress is not used to build an advertising profile.
Parents and guardians can manage the app, device permissions and local data. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and delete information we do not need or are not permitted to retain. If a future feature requires parental consent, it will not be enabled until the required consent and disclosures are in place.
07Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Website hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect people, enforce legal rights or investigate misuse, subject to applicable law.
Apple, Google and your device or backup provider may independently process store transactions, operating-system diagnostics or device backups under their own policies and your settings. This policy does not control those services. Website and support providers may process information in countries other than your own.
08Retention, deletion and your choices
Game progress stays on your device until it is erased. You can remove app data through your device’s storage controls where available, or delete the app. Operating-system backups may retain a separate copy; manage those copies in your device or cloud-backup settings. Deleting local progress may be irreversible, and we cannot restore data we do not hold.
Clear this website’s site data to remove its saved language preference. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting-provider retention is governed by its service and privacy practices.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the requester; we cannot retrieve a local game save from your device.
09Reasons for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process website technical information and support messages for our legitimate interests in delivering a secure service and responding to requests, subject to your rights. We may also process information to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, including a parent’s consent where applicable, we will request it before the relevant processing and explain how to withdraw it. We do not rely on a child’s acceptance of website terms as parental consent.
10Security and policy updates
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. The website uses HTTPS, but no system can guarantee complete security. Keep your device and app up to date.
Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when required for a material change. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
