These Terms of Use govern access to the Pupobi game and website provided by Pupobi Studio (“we”). The game is in development. Information, artwork and previews on the website may change and do not guarantee features, a release date, a price or availability on a particular device.
By using Pupobi, you agree to these terms to the extent you can validly do so under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the game or website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02Parents, guardians and children
A parent or legal guardian should review these terms before allowing a child to use Pupobi. Where a child cannot enter into an agreement, the responsible adult must decide whether to allow use and provide any consent required by law. We do not ask children to provide personal information to accept these terms.
Adults are responsible for managing device settings, store access and any purchases they authorize. Please supervise play in a way appropriate to the child’s age and needs.
03Permission to play
Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to install and use a lawfully obtained copy of Pupobi for non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game, characters, artwork, music, code or trademarks.
Rights in Pupobi and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Uses beyond this permission require the rights holder’s authorization unless applicable law allows them.
04Fair and safe use
Do not use Pupobi for unlawful activity, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the website or bypass access controls. Do not copy, sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where legally permitted. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law.
Do not submit another person’s private information through a support request. Security reports should avoid exposing other people’s data or disrupting the service.
05Game progress and virtual items
The current game stores progress on your device. Save data may be lost if app data is cleared, the app is deleted, the device fails or an incompatible version is installed. We do not currently provide an account-based cloud-save service.
Coins and items earned in gameplay are for use within the game. They are not money, have no cash redemption value and cannot be traded outside the game through a service provided by us.
06Downloads, purchases and stores
The current development version has no real-money in-app purchases. Website store badges marked “Coming soon” are not active download or purchase offers. Any future price, purchase or subscription will be disclosed before payment and governed by the applicable store’s terms and consumer law.
Apple and Google operate their own stores. Their rules for downloads, billing, refunds and account management may apply separately. These terms do not replace applicable store terms or statutory refund rights.
07Platform-specific terms
For an app obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom EULA is provided with that app. These website terms supplement, and do not replace, the applicable app license or Apple’s store rules. Pupobi Studio provides support for Pupobi; Apple is not the provider of the game.
For downloads through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If a platform-specific mandatory rule conflicts with these terms, that rule governs to the extent required for that platform. Mandatory consumer protections remain unchanged.
08Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes local game saves, website services and support communications. External sites and store pages are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean we control the external service.
09Updates, availability and ending use
We may improve, change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at the time of purchase. Technical issues and maintenance may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every device will be supported.
You can stop using Pupobi and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary to address misuse or security issues, consistent with applicable law. Ending use does not remove rights or obligations that should continue by their nature.
10Consumer rights and responsibility
Pupobi is provided with the care required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give additional guarantees that the game or website will be free of errors or suitable for every individual purpose. This does not affect mandatory guarantees, remedies or consumer rights.
Responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or other liability that cannot be excluded. There is no requirement here to waive legal rights or submit to mandatory private arbitration.
11Changes, questions and disputes
We will publish revised terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. If a material change requires agreement, we will seek it as required by law. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
Please contact us first with questions or concerns so we can try to resolve them. Applicable law determines your legal rights, available courts and any mandatory protections in your place of residence; these terms do not choose an exclusive foreign court or remove those protections.
